14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at FC.TV, that’s why we offer a 14-day return & exchange policy for products with a valid reason. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received access to the product.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 14 days from when the product was received.
3. Customers must provide a valid reason for the return or exchange request.

Return/Exchange Process

Step 1 : Initiate your return/exchange
E-mail us at service@fc.tv and let us know your order number. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges, and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.

Step 2 : Provide proof of purchase
Once our customer service has approved your request, please provide proof of purchase and any relevant information regarding the issue within 3 working days by following our instructions.

Step 3 : Refund or exchange
When we have received and reviewed the information provided, we will process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund in 3-5 business days.

Refunds

A refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the validity of the return or exchange request.
